Silk-All-In One Paint includes a primer and top coat, after 2 coats of paint the surface is silky smooth.  Just prep by the piece by washing with White Lightening then a quick scuff sand followed by 2 coats of paint - be sure to wait 2 hours in between coats.  Stand back and admire your masterpiece
